Start your email campaign

It's time to start your email campaign.:

  1. Choose the campaign type

    mailcamp.io offers two types of campaigns:
    - Regular: This type allows you to send HTML email content with images and links.

    - Plain text: This type enables you to send plain text emails without tracking links, images, or HTML.



    Select the campaign type that suits your email campaign needs.


  2. Determine the recipients

    Choose one or more mail lists to which you want to send the campaign.


  3. Set up campaign details

    Next, fill in the details of the campaign you are creating, including:

    - Campaign name

    - Subject name: This will be the subject line when the email is sent.

    - Sender name: This will be the displayed sender name when the email is sent.

    - Sender email: This will be the sender email address when the email is sent.

    - Reply-to: This will be the email address to which replies should be sent.



    In addition to the above fields, you can also customize the behavior of your campaign, such as tracking opens, tracking clicks, DKIM, custom tracking domain, and skipping failed messages.


  4. Create a template

    You can either use an existing email template or create one from scratch. mailcamp.io provides an intuitive email builder that you can use to create your best email template.


  5. Add attachments and preheader (optional)
    You can include attachments and a preheader in your email campaign if desired.


  6. Choose the sending

  7. Webhook (optional)

  8. Review your campaign

    Before starting the campaign, please review all the details. Once you have ensured everything is accurate, you can proceed to send the campaign by clicking the "Send" button.
