How to change your login credentials

You can update your Mailcamp login details from your profile page. Your password can be changed directly from the account form. Your login email requires a change request because Mailcamp keeps the current email locked until the request is reviewed.

Open your profile settings

  • Log in to Mailcamp.

  • Open the account menu in the top-right corner.

  • Click My profile.

  • Go to the Account section.

Change your login email address

  • In the Account section, find the Email field.

  • Click Request email change.

  • Enter your new email address.

  • Confirm the new email address.

  • Enter your current password.

  • Click Request email change to submit the request.

Mailcamp sends the request to the admin team for review. Your current login email stays active until the change is approved. If the new email address is already used by another account, Mailcamp will ask you to use a different email address.

Change your password

  • In My profile, go to the Account section.

  • Enter your current password in the Current password field.

  • Enter your new password in the New password field.

  • Re-enter the same password in the confirmation field.

  • Click Save changes.

Mailcamp updates your password after confirming that the current password is correct. Use the new password the next time you log in.

If you cannot save the changes

  • Make sure your account has been activated. Unverified accounts cannot update profile credentials.

  • Check that your current password is correct.

  • Make sure the new password and confirmation field match.

  • For email changes, use an email address that is not already registered in Mailcamp.
