Mailcamp can connect to a WooCommerce source so you can import product data into your Mailcamp account. This is useful when you want product information available for campaigns, templates, or ecommerce-related workflows.
The current Mailcamp flow connects to a WooCommerce endpoint URL. Do not describe it as a full ecommerce marketplace integration unless those features are enabled in your account.
Make sure your WooCommerce store has the Mailcamp-compatible connection endpoint available.
You need access to the WooCommerce store admin or the developer who manages the store.
You need the connection URL generated for the store.
The URL must be reachable from Mailcamp and must start with http:// or https://.
The endpoint must be able to return store information and product data.
To add a WooCommerce source in Mailcamp:
Go to Stores connections.
Click Add new.
Select WooCommerce.
Enter the WooCommerce connection URL.
Submit the form and wait for Mailcamp to validate the connection.
If the connection is valid, Mailcamp saves the source and redirects you back to the store connections page.
After the WooCommerce source is connected, Mailcamp can sync product data from the store.
Open the WooCommerce source from Stores connections.
Run the sync action when you want to import the latest products.
Mailcamp requests product data from the connected endpoint.
Imported products are saved in Mailcamp and linked to the WooCommerce source.
The sync focuses on product data. Do not describe it as a full customer, order, or abandoned cart integration unless those features are enabled in your account.
If Mailcamp cannot connect to the store, check these items:
The connection URL is correct and publicly reachable.
The store endpoint responds without requiring a browser login.
The endpoint can return shop information.
The endpoint can return a product list.
Your server firewall or security plugin is not blocking Mailcamp requests.
If you are not sure whether your WooCommerce store has the required endpoint, ask your developer or contact Mailcamp support before publishing ecommerce-specific automations.
